SPBE AUDIT - FOR INDONESIA GOVERNMENT

Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) is a government effort to utilize information technology to provide faster, more transparent, and accountable services to the public.  This is as stated in Presidential Regulation No. 95/2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems which aims to realize clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services.

Therefore, auditing of these systems is necessary to evaluate performance and compliance with applicable regulations.

The Application Audit covers general Applications and SPBE-specific Applications. Common applications are SPBE Applications that are the same, standardized, and shared by central agencies and/or local governments. General Application is determined by KemenPANRB.

Meanwhile, special applications are SPBE applications that are built, developed, used, and managed by certain central agencies or local governments to meet special needs that are not the needs of other central agencies and local governments. Special applications are determined by IPPD (Central Agencies and Local Governments).
The scope (domain) of the Application Audit is Governance, Management, and Application Performance Functionality.

SPBE Infrastructure Audit covers National Infrastructure and IPPD Infrastructure.
The scope (domain) of the SPBE Infrastructure Audit is Governance, and Infrastructure Performance Functionality.
Infrastructure Performance Functionality is grouped into Data Center, Intra-Government Network, and Service Connection System.
