Our Company & Impartiality Policy, as defined by our Management, is to provide our clients with impartial, consistent and high quality services. To achieve this, CBQA Global has established as part of its policy the following:

  • Develop and offer high-quality services that meet the needs of the community and our clients with regard (specifically) to the information security & sustainability impacts from our operations and services;
  • Determine clearly clients’ requirements, measure its performance against those requirements, and continuously implement initiatives to improve its services;
  • Understand the importance of impartiality and confidentiality in carrying out its conformity assessment activities;
  • Understand the importance of running business in high integrity and building trust and loyalty of customers and stake holders;
  • Manage conflict of interest and ensure objectivity of its conformity assessment activities
